This wine is intended to make the territory recognizable through its taste and smell: with your eyes closed.

Wine obtained from the fermentation of white grapes from the municipality of Alcamo. The clayey soil with a very high presence of limestone skeleton gives the wine body and freshness.
Depending on the vintage, the must macerates for 12 to 36 hours with the skins, depending on the vintage, and is subsequently pressed.
It ferments naturally with indigenous yeasts and no external input.

Malolactic carried out

Aging in steel containers for approximately 6 months.

11% vol.

Contain sulphites
